Who is responsible for your information?

What we collect and why

When you choose to join, we collect your email address, age confirmation, marketing-consent choice and submission details so we can manage the Guest List and send the occasional offers, news and events you request.

The Guest List is separate from complimentary Wi-Fi. You do not need to consent to marketing to use the Wi-Fi.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent to send marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where your details are held

We use Wix to host the form and store submissions. Wix and its service providers may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.

How long we keep your details

We keep Guest List details while you remain subscribed and the list is in use, with limited records retained where reasonably necessary to respect opt-outs and demonstrate compliance.

Unsubscribe and your rights

You can unsubscribe using the option in a marketing email or by emailing stjamescafebar@gmail.com. You may also have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
